Our History
ACSEL commenced operation in 1986 in small leased premises in Connaught Street, Sandgate. We quickly out grew that building and moved to our own premises located at 318 Melton Road, Northgate. In late 1995 we moved to our present home at 191 Elliott Road, Banyo.
These premises have a factory floor area of 800mē and an additional 200mē of office space.
Our Specialities
We started the business as a Brisbane based specialist mechanical electrical contractor primarily to meet the needs of the commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration market.
We have now expanded the business in to 3 distinct sub sections - design, manufacturing and construction. Each business section can work independantly from the other and our clients can utilise our design expertise, our manufacturing and fabrication division for customised switchboards, our construction and site installation team, or any combination as required.
Our main business remains aligned to the air conditioning and mechanical services industry, however clients have engaged us to manufacture and install motor control and power distribution centres to the mining, water treatment, pumping, solar and co generation sectors.
We are currently involved in projects throughout Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania.
